Privacy Statement

MVA does not capture or store any personal information about individuals who access this website.

The ONLY information MVA collects is the details submitted to us for inclusion in the MVA Resource Guide. The information given to us is used exclusively by MVA for the Resource Guide database.

The MVA Resource Guide, as stated on the home page, is a directory of key organisations (primary in community care issues) which serves Midlothian. By submitting the Resource Guide Questionnaire, you agree to have the information given to us published in our online version of the Guide (we are not currently updating the hard copy).

Each organisation who originally was included in the Resource Guide recieved a paper copy. The MVA Resource Guide was also distributed to the public via local health clinics, GP's, dental clinics, libraries & resource centres, local pharmacies and various other facilities within Midlothian.

MVA does not send cookies from this website, nor do we monitor IP addresses to ensure that visitors to our site remain anonymous.

While every effort is made to ensure that the information is accurate, MVA will not be responsible for the consequences of any errors. Inclusion in the Resource Guide does not constitute endorsement. Availability of service is not guaranteed. It should also be borne in mind, over a period of time, that there are dynamics of change involving many of the organisations listed.

If your organisation is in the Resource Guide, you have a right to know about the information MVA holds. You also have a right to have your data corrected or deleted. Please address all your requests and/or queries about our Data Protection policy to:
